      Where can I find meal plan for 7 days or for a month?

       

      Please, don´t look for meal plans. Try to create your own plan. If you don´t understand the principles of healthy eating, don´t even try to lose weight. Don´t think that you will be able to fight with overweight in the long term, if you are not willing to read at least one book about rational nourishment.

      You should eat frequently (about every three hours) to accelerate metabolism and maintain steady energy levels throughout the day.
